India is the major producer & exporter of chilli in the world. Indian chillies'
are well known for its color, flavor, aroma, pungency & medicinal value.
We source chilli directly from the farmers through contract farming and
also procure from the market. These are then dried, sorted and stacked in
cold storage to keep it fresh and increase the shelf life
It can be exported in the form of Fresh chilli, stalk-less chilli, red chilli
powder and Oleoresin

Whole Chilly
Red chilli peppers are rich in carotenoids and capsaicinoids. The carotenoids are extracted to be used as a food coloring agent and the capsaicinoids are extracted for use in pharmaceuticals mainly because of their anti inflamatory properties.
Chilli Powder
The finest chilli was sorted, dried, grinded& further processed to attain desired value of SHU and ASTA parameters.
Chilly Flakes
Well grounded chillies' are dried, sorted and crushed to obtain chilli flakes. A batch of chilly flakes is made from various gravity separations techniques to maintain the uniformity of the crushed chillies. Chilli Flakes is an active ingredient in pizza.
Chilly Oleoresin
Chilly oleoresin is an oil soluble extract (Red chillies). Widely used as a
natural coloring agent in food products, eatables and medicines, where
chilli oleoresin gives a range of red color. It also acts as a preservative for
meat and other food items against microbial activity.
Oleoresin capsicum is highly irritant on contact with skin. Do not handle
with bare hands.
